Cancellation requests will only be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please send us an email with your order id on info@tamaksh.in
A refund for a canceled order will be processed within 1-2 working and the bank may take up to 7-10 business days to credit the amount to your account.
No exchange will be applicable on discounted products or products under any special promotion or sale.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN FOR REFUND

Refunds in case of returns are applicable only in the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives missing or damaged and not otherwise. Retain the packaging of the received item in case of damage or discrepancies. The product needs to be kept intact in its original packing form along with the tags.
Check the products once you receive in case of missing item or damage. A return request shall be considered only if it is placed within 48 hours of receiving the product; wherein you are required to send us a photo of the damaged product via email.
Our team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time. We aim to process all returns within one week.
On confirmation over email from us, you will need to ship the product back to our address. We will replace the returned item or issue a refund for cost of the product to the debit card/credit card used for online shopping.
Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund. We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
No refunds shall be granted in case the customer has given incomplete or wrong shipping information.
No refund for return shall be granted for issues other than damage or misplacement. Only exchange for return is applicable with store credit.
Not all products are eligible for exchange (Freebies / Gifting). Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information. Kindly make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

Exchange is accepted with 7 days of delivery. Garments must be handed over with the tags intact.
