Shipping & Delivery

  • Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate information (name, address, pin code, contact details) thereby making the shipping process easier and faster.
  • Shipping within India is free for all ‘clothing item’ orders.
  • The accepted modes of payments are via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer. Details regarding the same shall be mentioned when you place an order.
  • Your shipping address and pin code will be verified with the database of Tamaksh before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In the event your order is not serviceable by our logistics service providers or the area is not covered, we will request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address. Please ensure the payment and shipping address is within India.
  • The delivery status of your order shall be provided at the stage of process.
  • Address change will not be accepted after receiving the order.
  • Incase you submit an alternative address for delivery, you are responsible for accepting and collecting the package from such alternative address. Confirmation from the logistics service provider of successful delivery to the alternative shipping address is deemed as acceptance of delivery by you and Tamaksh will have no liability in this regard.
  • Products will be shipped in 10-15 business days. We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible.
  • The package tracking information will be provided once the order has been processed and shipped, and can be tracked using the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website.
  • We partner only with reputed national couriers. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  • Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, political disruptions, product lost in transit and other such unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please check your emails and SMS regularly for updates from payment partners.
  • Tamaksh will not compensate for any mental agony or inconvenience or loss caused due to delay in delivery for any reason. You may be informed by email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to us if any product in the order is unavailable or is delayed or lost in transit.
  • Goods and Services Tax/Sales Tax levied by the Indian Government will be considered and deemed final. This policy may change with a change in the government norms.
